The Pipers story began in 2004 when three farmers - Alex Albone, Simon Herring and James Sweeting - joined forces to produce great tasting, quality crisps using local potatoes.
We work with carefully selected flavour partners who care as much about their products as we do about ours. We are all passionate people driven by one thing and that is to deliver the best taste and quality possible - no gimmicks.
This passion for taste and quality is common across the Pipers team. It could be the people who sell our crisps in pubs, hotels, delis, farm shops, garden centres, museums and more. Or it could be our own talented people working hard in a range of exciting careers at Pipers to make our products even better.
It's about crisps as they should taste.
The Early Days
In 2004, Pipers hand-delivered 20 boxes of the newly named Pipers Crisps to four pubs and Abbey Park Farms farm shop in the region, went back to their new premises in Elsham and hoped for the best!
We make award-winning crisps that are delivered by our vans and through our distribution partners throughout the UK as well as exporting to Europe and the USA.
